Returns conditions
Deadline for return
La Modeuse grants its customers a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order to change their mind and return the order without any particular justification.
Return at your expense
- Request a return Log in to your customer account, go to the ‘My orders’ section, select the order in question, click on ‘Make a return’ and follow the instructions on the screen.
- Print your return slip Download and print your returns slip by clicking on ‘Download returns slip’ in your ‘My returns’ section.
- Pack the item(s) to be returned in accordance with the instructions below.
CAUTION: Do not tape the shoebox. Place the shoebox in a cardboard box or other packaging.
Any returns with a taped shoebox will be refused.
Returns will not be accepted if the items being returned are visibly worn, damaged or incomplete. - Deliver the parcel to the carrier of your choice. We remind you that the return period is 30 days from delivery of your parcel. Please make sure that you hand in your parcel before this period expires. Returns are at your expense and should be sent to the following address :

PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed on partner sites must be returned at your expense or in accordance with the partner's rules.
Return instructions
- Original packaging. All items must be returned in their original packaging and intact as they were sent to you. Items must not have been worn or washed.
- Protecting your return. Please note: shoe boxes must not be used directly for shipping, they must be packaged.
- Proof of parcel delivery. It is imperative that the customer keeps the proof of deposit of the parcel, otherwise, in the event of loss, no refund will be made. Packages that do not comply with the above points and/or that are returned postage due by the Post Office will be systematically refused.
Terms of repayment
We will refund returned items, less any promotional charges, within 14 days of receipt of the return package. The refund will be made to the credit card or Paypal account used to pay for the order. In the case of payment by gift card, you will be credited again. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
For reasons of hygiene, underwear cannot be returned. In this case, Lamodeuse.com is entitled to refuse reimbursement of the said product.
If the Customer does not return the correct product, Lamodeuse.com will send him an email inviting him to collect it at his own expense, within a period of one month from the date of the email. After this period, Lamodeuse.com will consider itself the owner of the product. Lamodeuse.com would like to remind you that the offence of fraud is punishable by law (article L313-1 of the penal code). Similarly, it is an offence to draw up a certificate stating materially inaccurate facts or to use an inaccurate or falsified certificate (article 441-7 of the French Penal Code).
In the event of receipt of a return parcel whose contents do not comply with the return request or whose items do not comply with the above-mentioned return conditions, Lamodeuse.com reserves the right to refuse reimbursement and to take any corresponding recovery action against the Customer.
