PROCESSING DELAYS
All orders placed on Lamodeuse.com are processed within 24 hours from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) provided that payment has been validated. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed and shipped the next business day.
The customer can choose between several delivery methods (Delays observed on december 15, 2022):

2-4 days shipping in ChronoPickup point. Free for orders over 150€.The delivery fee is 9,95€.
Parcels are delivered to a Chronopost network pickup point within 2 to 4 days* from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) in metropolitan France. This shipping is charged at a fixed price of 9.95 € VAT included and is free for any order over or equal to 150 € (only in Netherlands). The parcel will be given to you in exchange for a signature and presentation of an ID card.
